A. No definitely not. Firstly of all Websitesimple has been trading for over 12 years which I think is the longest for any Web Design Business in the Bury Area. In this time we have seen many web design companies come and go. At Websitesimple we always Pride ourselves on being Professional, Helpful and above all Honest with our clients. This has allowed us to build up and retain a good number of highly valued clients.

We are able to keep our prices at a Reasonable Level because unlike Busy Web Design Agencies with High Overheads and Staff to Pay, Websitesimple is a Small (but very capable !) Local Business.


A. For a 4 Page Brochure Website it will typically take 2 to 3 weeks to build after we have received your initial 25% deposit. This however does depend on how long it takes to receive your information for the website.


A. With all the Website Design Packages we offer, we have a very open simple payment structure which helps to spread the cost of your website at the design stage.

Initially you will have a design consultation with a Website Designer who will give you a competitive quotation based on your website design needs. If you are happy with the quotation and decide to go ahead the order will be put in writing together with a proposed design schedule and the costings for the website.

You pay for the website in 3 simple stages :

Stage 1 - An Initial 25% Deposit Required at the start of the website build.

Stage 2 - After the Home Page for the website has been completed and designed to your satisfaction a further 25% will become due.

Stage 3 - After the satisfactory completion of the remainder of the website, the final 50% payment will become due for payment.

Your website will be designed on a test server to enable you to view design progress at all times. As soon as your final payment (at stage 3) has fully cleared your website will be uploaded live to your hosting on the internet.

Please note if your website has any special software requirements which we need to purchase on your behalf, these costs will be added to your deposit at Stage 1.

We accept various methods of payment for your website, these include Cash, Cheque, Direct Bank Payment, Credit or Debit Card and Paypal. Please be aware if paying by cheque or bank transfer funds can take up to 5 days to clear, this may delay the design process as unfortunately we are not able to start/continue the design process until all payments have fully cleared.


A. With the 'Total Website Package' you get 2 hours worth of FREE website updates throughout the year in the 1st year of having your website, perfect if you want us to add in some new images, text or latest news into your website. Remember the Search Engines like Google are really happy to see new Content on your website.

After the initial FREE 2 hours of Website Updates have been used up, an hourly charge will be made for any further updates - We will of course at all times provide you with a price and ask for your agreement before any Paid Updates are started.

This facility of taking care of the updates for our clients (rather than them having to spend their valuable time doing it themselves via some Content Management Interface) has been extremely popular with a lot of our long term clients. We are absolutely the perfect fit for a Busy Business Owner who doesn't want to mess around with updating their website. Our clients really enjoy the fact they can 'pass it on to us' to do it for them, while they get on with running their businesses. If however you do feel like you would like to take care of your own updates, in most cases we can build a Content Management System into your website to allow you to do this. Please Contact Us for a Quotation if you would like a Content Management System building into your website.


A. Web Hosting is an allocation of Space on a server that is accessible to the Internet. When your website has been built it is uploaded to a server to allow Internet Users and the Search Engines to view/index it. Websitesimple pay a Professional, Reliable UK Based Hosting provider to host your website for you. Websitesimple then invoice your business annually to cover the costs of the hosting you are using.

All our Clients Websites are Hosted on Fast, Secure, Reliable UK based Award Winning Hosting. We would NEVER compromise any of our Clients websites by using Cheap Website Hosting. As standard we build in an initial 12 months of Website Hosting into all our New Build Client Websites on the 'Total Website Package'.

After 12 months we offer all our clients the facility of being able to pay to renew their Website Hosting and Domain Name with us for a further year and then going forward we can continue to accept yearly payments to renew the website hosting and domain name each year. (As a guide - the present average Yearly Website Hosting and Domain Name renewal costs £125 per year for a Small Usage Business Website ranging to £250 per year for a Large Usage Business Website)

Important Please Note - The Yearly Website Hosting and Domain Name renewal payment is the payment for your Yearly Website Website Hosting Renewal and Domain Name Renewal, it is NOT a payment for further Design Work or Website Maintenance.
